Intro to Sourdough

Community Education / Adult / Art, Cooking, DIY -
Community Education - Fall 2026

Sourdough doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make your own artisan sourdough bread using simple, approachable techniques that actually work at home. We’ll walk through everything step by step, from understanding your starter to mixing, folding, and shaping dough. During class, you’ll create and shape your own loaf to take home and bake, along with a sourdough starter and clear instructions to guide you through the process. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone who’s tried sourdough before and wants to finally feel confident doing it on their own.
