Freestyle and Greco Wrestling

Community Education - Winter & Spring 2026

Clinicians will be training in Freestyle & Greco wrestling explaining the rules and showing basic techniques used for both styles of wrestling. This camp is geared for the wrestlers in Grades 4-12 that have had at least 2 years of wrestling experience.

Optional: Participate in a local Freestyle & Greco wrestling tournament and end the training at the Wisconsin State Tournament on May 3rd and 4th.
