The first part of this class will be an overview of Winter Sowing, which is a way to start seeds outdoors in Winter and have many plants ready to plant out in your garden or landscape by early Spring. We will discuss techniques and tips for a successful Winter Sowing season. The second part of the class will be a demonstration of winter sowing followed by a hands-on opportunity to make your own winter sown “mini-greenhouse” to take home.
