GymnasTricks is a unique program that combines easy indoor fitness exercises to keep your dog healthy with great tricks for you both to enjoy. It's not only your dog's body that will be trained: his mind will be stimulated, too. For dogs of all ages, even seniors, as this is an effective low key, calm program targeting muscle groups. No jumping, no running. All exercises can be done at home with no special equipment. Students will develop a bond with their dog that they never knew existed. Student and dog learn to work as a team. Smiles all around!
